Great Central Railway Leicester Leicestershire 30th July 2019
Cliff is looking out for the guard's flag at Leicester North station. British Railways Standard 5 4-6-0 73156 is a great engine to fire, drive and look at. With its 6ft 2in wheels, 2in bigger than a Black 5's, it feels like it wants to get up and go but is frustrated by our 25mph speed limit. Should be on the main line really.
