Elsie

Elsie
Bolton steam museum. Built by J & W McNaught Ltd of Rochdale in 1902 for the Barchant Spinning Company of Rochdale in 1902, it was later used at Wasp Mill, Wardle, from 1917 until 1967. It is typical of thousands of engines built to drive mills in the north of England.
