This photo was taken by a Kowa/SIX medium format film camera and KOWA 1:5.6/110 lens with a Hoya Skylight 1-b ø67 filter attached to a T/2 extension tube using Kodak Ektar 100 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
