Quite simple really - you tape a piece of fibrous lens cloth across the Holga's inner 6x6 frame, so that the film travels behind it. So the lens image is projected through the cloth before it hits the film. The fibres of the cloth therefore overlay the captured image.

You could have had my old ones, but I have moved about... I suspect they are a long way away from me now in a place I no longer live. They were inspirational at the time (but also, I have to say, they got a little bit repetitive after a while).
