Yellow-rumped Warbler

Yellow-rumped Warbler
There were several of these little Yellow-rumped Warblers some distance from where we were standing the other morning at Sikome, Fish Creek Park, on 29 September 2013. They were constantly on the move (and fast), but I was lucky to catch this one on a branch for a second or two. Not a good photo at all, but I so rarely get to photograph this species.

Haha ... like all Warblers ... they move fast and go in and out thickets ... great capture of this tiny little one ... excellent bokeh and great feather details on this one Anne!!

Very lovely capture of this Warbler. You were fortunate to get a shot. We had a pair of Yellow Rumps nesting in our bush this summer, never did get a descent photo.
