Indeed! Arrow Canyon is actually a popular place for geology field camps, for undergrad geology majors. It would be a bit hot in the summer, tho-- ;)

I used to enjoy our school geography / geology field trips to some amazing places. I seemed to be the only pupil who found these places fascinating! Everyone else (excluding our geography teacher who was more of a geology freak than a geography freak I think) was just there for a week away from school, and to have a good time!
