From Sian
Newport Road.
From Sian:
I walked past the house today where Aunty Joan and your dad lived after their mother was taken ill. I remember going there when I was little. It was a very grand house then but look at it now.... it’s in flats and very uncared for. I often pass it and always give it a nod. They spent the war years there... (obviously not your dad) and the 3 girls... my mum, Aunty Joan and Aunty Sheila had lots of fun and laughter there...
The generation now gone..
