I kept looking at this and seeing B-29 and after looking it up I see it was modified from a B-29 air-frame.

It's very similar to the B-29, but is closer to the B-50 Superfortress with the larger Pratt and Whitney 28 cylinder "Wasp Major" radial engines instead of the B-29's Wright "Duplex-Cyclone" 18 cylinder radials. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KC-97
It's a variant of the C-97 "Stratofreighter" cargo plane.
At the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Valle, Arizona they are using parts from a KC-97 to restore the B-50A Superfortress "Lucky Lady II" which was the first airplane to circle the Earth nonstop.
