We use super 95 in France @ 1.549€.

That is E10, or petrol which contains 10% alcohol, but it is not the drinking kind of alcohol.

Not all cars are suitable for E10.

Super 95 contains 5% alcohol.

Super plus has none or 5%. Super plus has an octane rating of 98 or higher, used only by high-performance cars and some oldtimers. Before E10 was introduced you could buy "normal" petrol too in Germany, with an octane rating of 91, but that has disappeared. E10 and (Euro)super 95 both have a minimum octane rating of 95.
