No € 50 notes accepted at the parking garage on the Plein in The Hague

The sign reads: "Did you know that there is not a single parking garage in The Hague where you can pay with a € 50 note? You can pay at the machines with bank notes up to € 20 or with coins! We do not give change of € 50!"
Translated: we deliver a crappy service, but everybody else is doing it, so it is allright. Apart from not being able to pay with €50 notes, paying with cards is suspended because of rebuilding activities (which already lasted for about a year).
