Bread
Gone are the days when only "a brown" or "a white" were available at the bakeries. All kinds of special breads have appeared, partly to compete with the supermarkets, partly because the Dutch people have experienced the good bread available in the surrounding countries (Belgium, France and Germany) during their holidays.
This particular bread is called a German Four Pointer. It is probably made slightly darker with roasted malt, to make it look more healthy.
