I would have preferred more garden and no fence, which (as you note) being face-on, is compositionally compromising.

But for me this was a satisfying picture, partly because it was a rare opportunity to use my Sony 10-18mm zoom, an excellent lens but seldom needed. Also because (unlike in many of my pictures) the sky is "as was" and not imported from elsewhere.
