The view, broadly east, along Regent's Canal below Coal Drop Yards at Kings Cross in the now N1C postcode. The Coal Office can be seen overlooking the canal and gives some relief from the shockingly dull modern buildings beyond.

One day, sooner that we think, the dull buildings will be gone and nature will have reclaimed all and the tardigrades will dance on the skin of the water and the rats will raise families in the crags of the old Coal Office and, perhaps, who knows oh cherished dream!, feral cats will smuggle on the holes left by St. Pancras Station. There. My weekly dose of the megrims. :-)
