Southampton Port Life - 2 March 2019
This gritty picture of moment in the life of the busy port of Southampton captures three working vessels with three of its large visitors. To the far right of the picture is the brand new cruise ship MSC Bellissima, present for her naming ceremony. On other berths are a container ship and a vehicle carrier.

The Southampton Harbour Master vessel 'Spitfire' was holding in the vicinity of Bellissima whilst the tugs 'Svitzer Alma' and 'Svitzer Eston' were assisting the container ship.

Wow, what a dramatic shot! Really gives a sense of scale. Those container ships look like skyscrapers.
