Heathrow T3 Bridge (1) - 3 March 2014

When engaged in the potentially dull task of documentary photography - here continuing to record the ever-changing Heathrow Airport in the 21st century - something is often needed to give an extra incentive to taking a picture. On this occasion, stormy skies and the sun doing battle with them created some pretty lovely light which brings a bit of life to a structure which is, primarily, grey. This bridge connects Terminal 3 Arrivals and Car Park 3; with signs of T3 refurbishment already under way, I don't know if it will survive in the long term.
