How nice to see b&w image of nature. I struggle with how to take a good b&w nature photo - and I see your comparison of the color version here. I don't think I can pick which one I like better - happily I don't really have to. I see this one as bringing out more of the flower itself where as the color one connects the flower with the background more. quite beautiful, both.
