grazie Anton, sei un ottimo osservatore: Bordighera è infatti "la città delle palme", da secoli le sue colline che si affacciano sul mare sono "ricamate" dalle palme, da quando S.Ampelio, un eremita africano che ha vissuto nel IV sec. nella grotta qui sotto www.ipernity.com/doc/2262308/45312028, ne ha portato i semi e da allora sono rimaste. Tra le curiosità Bordighera è la città più a nord dell'area Mediterranea, dove sono presentì.
