Except Otter Trail runs some of their sub-transmission circuits at basically twice the voltage as this circuit. Which is 41.6kV I believe for otter trail. WMECo now EVERSOURCE western Massachusetts runs their sub-transmission circuits at 22.9kV Y or Δ like here. EVERSOURCE now uses 35kV insulators so they may upgrade some of their 13.8kV and 22.9kV circuits to 34.5kV
