The nameplate just above the headlight says "Midpoint", which is also the name of the restaurant outside which it resides (if you look on the map)

I am not an expert on such matters, but I believe this is a variety of Tuk-tuk, essentially a powered rickshaw. Probably Ok in India, but anywhere else just for fun!

Terrific capture Peter, years ago we had a couple of these for local work only, but they had to be loaded carefully as any thing heavy right on the back end and you had no steering.

Thank you so much for your interesting comment. Personally, with a 200cc engine, I would have thought them no more than a novelty item. At least you don't have a parking problem, just pick it up and lift it into place!!

You could be right. I would never be seen in it for a number of reasons, some too politically incorrect to be printed.
The little nameplate above the headlight says "Midpoint". It is outside a restaurant called "Midpoint". It has not moved for some time. So maybe the pink colour is just a marketing ploy to draw attention to the restaurant, but for what kind of customer I do wonder!
