The little girl, Marley, ( on the birthday sign) had just left the sidewalk from waving to us and thanked us. Her mom is just out of sight there under the carport.... Look at the tube of Lipstick there !!!! to the left of Marley (she is there between the tree trucks in a red dress) is a large blow-up house and slide for her and her family?? how so sad for children like this not being able to have friends over for birthday celebrations :((((( sigh sigh !!!

HEY David, haha you were right here ! yes she was so happy to see the vehicles slowing to blow, yelling HAPPY BIRTHDAY and waving to her, calling her name out loud. We don't know this family.... its in a little small community town several miles from our town... thank you for your quick visit and nice comment. enjoy your weekend, staying well and safe.

It is certainly sad my dear Sarah that children like Marley are missing out on Birthday parties ect with friends at this age when they do look forward to them so much .. lets hope that This virus is beaten and things can get back to normal so perhaps Marley can have a belated party soon ..

Yes the little girl looked sad / and happy/ at the same time :((((( so sad to me to have to drive on by, I wish now that we had slowed just enough to throw a few dollars out to her to buy herself a gift when she wanted to.

Hello Doug, I sooo agree with you. It is such a good thing to do for kids who can't celebrate with ALL their friends. what a kind thing for the family to do during this time of uncertainty and fear.

Hello Rosa, thank you so much. I so agree with you here on the sadness for children who can't be around their friends, even on special occasions as this. by now Rosa, your surgery is over and hope it went really well and you have / are recovering well. so sorry this reply is so late.
