YES INDEED dear Nick! thanks for dropping by here, Yes this shot was made as we headed out of Savannah, way on out just before Abercorn Extension joins Interstate # 95....you see that here as we will past under it in a moment. This messy, double fence situation caught my eye and Mr, O pulled over for me to take the shot. We had just pulled away from where we took that handsome motorcycle shot that I have posted nearby. ( oh I hope the Coronavirus will not be an issue there in the UK, we in America are hoping for the best on this thing, but we do have a few cases of it already, I understand the UK does too. stay safe...)

Hi Dida, you may have a point here about the white fence. My thought is that the white one may have been put in place for "cosmetic" purpose to sorta hide the OLD wire fence. this is a heavy traffic area right here., just before a major interstate highway, in view to upper right.
