HAHA I would imagine he would Nick! :)) these concrete EAGLES are all around this college town, (Georgia Southern University) the Eagle is the university mascot, so businesses around town have done this, each one painted lovely colors, with different themes:) somewhere in the past on Pano I posted some shots of the REAL, LIVE, Eagle that actually goes to the games, and has a handler that manages him. He will circle a football field and come right back to the gloved hand of this handler. its amazing!! thanks Nick, always good to see you!

Hello there Peter, so good to see you! yes, this is EAGLE COUNTRY ! :))) Georgia Southern University is a short drive, approx 15 miles from us, and the Eagle is the Mascot. and this part of the State is TRULY Eagle Nation:)) all around Statesboro you see these colorful painted Eagles! I had several other shots of these figures on Pano.... I will go look in my folders and see if I can re post some. tho I may have deleted them after I had posted, to clear out folders.:(( I found this one however!!

Hello there Bill, thank you so much for your visit and comment. read replies, just above, to Nick and Peter, The Eagle a real presence in this part of Georgia Bill :) ALSO, however, and just as "important" is the "Bulldog" that is the mascot for University of Georgia football team. So this state is Eagles and Bulldogs Bill :)) However we do "allow" other mascots around the state also:))) your visits are are always welcomed Bill... best of wishes, Sarah
