Not an airport. It's just a very big quonset hut that is now a water-testing lab. The wind sock is at the train station behind that beige building. Why, I don't know...

Years ago I worked for Canadian Pacific and they have these socks in all rail yards in case there is a leak in a tanker car so folks downwind can be warned if it is toxic.
