Moholt studentvilage, Trondheim.
I lived behind the upper left window for five years, moving out in 2008. The tall buildings are bran new and opened in August.

You are lucky to have proper student accommodation in Norway! Here they have way too little, many students have to live at home or else look for (expensive) rented rooms. Student flatshares can choose from hundreds of applicants and do regular "interviews".

There is also a shortage in Norway, that's why they build these new tall buildings. The plan is to replace the buildings to the left with larger ones. The situation is not critical though, I have never heard of "interviews" when people are looking for a roof and a bed.
