Haha, maybe at one point in my life I might have taken the wires out too but nowadays, I try to keep my photos a little more pure :) Maybe a mistake? I know you would have taken the same shot here.

Thanks Rosa. We all have different ideas of what our photography should be. I mostly try to keep my photos natural but some times I find my artistic side comes to the front.

Lovely light Herb............and captured from a smashing perspective.

Power lines etc are always a bit controversial............years ago I would have cloned them out. Nowadays, I generally can't be bothered unless it's dead easy........life's to short!

Great that you enjoyed it. Yes, at one time me I might have thought of cutting the wires too. As you say, life is too short..

I do love a Field Barn and a bet there are many with Owls in residence the Dales.

Hi Colin. Good that you have enjoyed this Dales scene with the barn. I think at one time every barn had owls and the like but the last time I peered into the very few nowadays that have open windows and doors I saw nothing but a few doves and sheep droppings.
Yes the HWW gives an outlet to the many walls that we have up here in the north but the rules are lax and almost anything goes. Look forward to seeing you in here at some point.
