Die Finocchiona ist aus Toskana, das hier ist alles aus Umbrien. Natürlich kann man sie alle auch anderswo finden, aber sicher nicht alle zusammen und nicht überall.

Früher, als wir noch zur Schule gingen, waren solche Köstlichkeiten unerschwinglich für unser Portemonnaie. Wir haben uns mit Mortadella begnügt. Am liebsten hatte ich die, die mit Pistazien gespickt war. :-)

Doch, es kann auch capocollo gennant werden, schau nach. Ich weiss, einige sind wirklich teuer. Die Mortadella hab ich immer geliebt, jetzt dass Du es sagst, es gab eine mit den Pistazien die ich immer nahm.Ich erinnere mich nicht an den Namen, vielleicht existiert sie nicht mehr.

Normalerweise schon, Udo, aber das hier war wirklich ein Christmas Market in Zentrum in Mailand.Schau Dich das Datum an. Und solche Sachen aus Umbrien findet man nicht jeden Tag auf dem Markt.
