Ja, alle Getreidebauern heulen, aber die Weinbauern lachen sich kaputt, weil die Ernte der sonnenverwöhnten, süßen und üppigen Reben schon ca. 14 Tage vor der üblichen Zeit beginnen kann. Klasse Aufnahme!

Would love to know the variety. But as I don't know where you are from, cp_u, I will have to make a wild guess: possibly pinot noir (a guess as many replies are German and the best red German wine is spatburgunder). But I could be hopelessly wrong!

Thank you Gudruun - but not when I viewed! I guess the grapes are nebbiolo, the bunch shapes and colour would indicate this. A noble grape indeed!

Das sind wahrscheinlich Groppello Trauben, weil die in der Gegend am südlichen Gardasee von Ca' dei Frati und anderen Winzern gepflanzt werden.. Die Trauben waren zum Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme vollkommen ausgereift und süß.
