Hm, cheap...??? You can get "real" medium format cameras on ebay for less.

I agree with Seetroll. If if want a cheap entry into medium format and/or toy photography, buy a Holga.

I see things haven't changed over there :( I second go for a Holga or several and still cheaper than that ;)

I got a good Mamiya RB 67pro with 90mm, and I paid around 220€, not bad at all to start and to continue in Medium format photography

I have a holgaroid and a mamiya but i have to be honest with you guys and i have to say that a lot depends on the photographer's intentions...my mamiya is like the player you want to have in your team because you can trust it...you get what you want by shooting with a a mamiya...on the other side holga diana and company are often so unpredictable that you may get excellent results as well as terrible ones...what i am saying is that for a beginner like me it's easier to use the mamiya.

The mamiya is a beautiful camera and if I was shooting full time again I'd add one to my arsenal, in fact I was looking at them when the freelance market collapsed :( But I would still have continued with the Holgas :D

Please don't put yourself down though, as for what you may feel you lack in experience you more than make up for in talent. In a time shorter than you would think, you will soon learn to second guess the camera in your hands and the working conditions to nail those results !!!
