Pentax K-3iii, SMC Pentax "K" 50mm f/1.4 lens @ f/8, 44mm worth of extension tubes, cable release etc. I think this could be sharper with a firmer tripod/focus rail.

I wasn't intending to use this image for my "Single in May" contribution but it was the only shot I took that day! The pot is very small, no more than about 4cm across. The lithops older leaves are splitting and dying back revealing two new plants. Some years there is just one pair of new leaves inside. Pentax K-3, SMC Pentax 'K' 85mm f/1.8, medium extension tube.
