I think these were taken sometime in October last year in Leigh Park Gardens, Hampshire.

This tree was still standing until all the storms that hit the UK at the beginning of this year. It's very sad to see it like this. Taken between on a random drive yesterday afternoon. It was a day of lovely sunshine and heavy but short-lived rain showers (which we managed to avoid). The image in the PiP was taken from a point about 10 metres to the right of this tree. Thanks for looking.

My first reall trip out for a while, nothing too strenuous, just a slow walk around West Dean Gardens in West Sussex for an hour or so. We were lucky with the weather and I got a stack of photos too. Please view large, on black. Thank you.

This statue, which was created by local sculptor Andy Cheese was placed in Ram's Walk Shopping Arcade in Petersfield, Hampshire when it was opened in 1993. It caused some controversy when local farmers pointed out that not only is the breed of sheep wrong for the area, but the breed of sheep dog is also the wrong type for the area! Perhaps that's why it's difficult to find an image of this statue linked to the name of the sculpture :-) Not my normal choice of photographic subject - but I had to do something while my wife was shopping and I enjoyed tracking down the story behind it.

Another from the top of a misty Old Winchester Hill. Number 304 looking delightfully confused.

It's "cute baby animal time of the year" again. These lambs must be quite new as their umbilical cord can still be seen. Taken on top of Old Winchester Hill where it was very, very misty.
