"Spanning The Globe...." Can you tell I just finished watching an ABC Sports presentation? That's where I got the idea for a name for this picture of a rainbow. Taken on September 7th, 2018, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

It rained so much on Friday that it was flooding. And then when the rain stopped, high winds came through. They were so strong, they blew someones trash cart into the middle of my neighbor’s yard. This was my eleventh camera. I picked it up at an estate auction. Come to find out, it was my trash cart that blew into my neighbor's yard. A storm front moving through.

While touring with a band I used to be in, we drove into this storm while returning from a show in Wisconsin. I used my camera's panoramic setting to capture it. Taken on June 7th, 2015, with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

It was quite misty yesterday morning just before daybreak. Taken on March 25th, 2020.

No, this is not a lake - it is a park in the nearby town of Carmi, Illinois. After a couple weeks of heavy rains, parts of Southern Illinois are still under water. Many even worse than this. I set my Sony Alpha SLT-a77v to widescreen to get this shot. Taken on January 31st, 2020.

Our first, appreciable snow of this Autumn. Geez, it’s not even Winter, yet! I was trying an experiment with this supposedly one-shot Adox Adonal Rodinal-clone developer. I used it for a total of 7 different days over a 9-day period and it kept chugging right along. This last time I used it, it seemed to have gotten much darker, so I dumped it. But it worked fine to develop this last cut-down negative in my Minolta-16 II subminiature camera. We've been having a lot of storms here recently, and this was one of the thunderheads that was building up. Taken on September 16th, 2016.

Taken on April 21st, 2016 after a bout of bad weather.

This is the storm that ripped through my area last night. It brought nearly 70 mile per hour winds with it and blew down several trees in my town. This shot was taken at almost midnight, in case you wondered.
