Sunday 23 May 1998 – Capital Citybus 423 (P423 PVW), an East Lancs bodied Dennis Arrow new in April 1997, seen at the Mildenhall Air Show. The company came into being in December 1990 when Ensign sold its Dagenham area tendered bus network to the CNT Group, owners of Citybus that operated in Hong Kong. Chinese characters formed part of the fleetname and lettering for a few years although they were no longer present on this vehicles. In July 1998 Capital Citybus was sold First Group and it eventually became part of the First London operations.

Sunday 9 June 2013 (1527) – First Devon and Cornwall 32802 (T802 LLC), a Plaxton Presdient bodied Dennis Trident, new to Capital Citybus (#TN802) seen at Penzance bus station. We travelled on this bus from Marazion (the 1425 service 2A from Helston which may have started from Truro at 1330). It turned run straight away to work the 1530 service 2A. The timetable shows split journeys Penzance-Helston/ Helston-Truro for service 2A but the destination display implies a through trip.
