Lange gesucht, endlich mal wieder gefunden. Gemeint ist der Kurzschwänzige Bläuling (Cupido argiades) , der zweitkleinste Tagfalter Deutschlands, den ich kürzlich vereinzelt in einem fränkischen Naturschutzgebiet sah. Mit zusammengelegten Flügeln ist er etwas größer als 1 cm. Und da er nur kurze Strecken dicht über der Vegetation fliegt, fällt er auch kaum auf. Das Bild zeigt einen männlichen Falter, in der Notiz wird die wunderschöne blaue Farbe der Oberseite deutlich. Man kann die Tagfalter vom Frühjahr bis in den Herbst beobachten. Die Eiablage erfolgt an vielen Grasarten, die Raupe überwintert. Im Bild ein Pärchen in Kopulation auf einer Blüte der Kartäusernelke (Dianthus carthusianorum).
