A few days escape - 5 months ago

After a busy summer season and before a winter of boat repairing, we have took the oportunity to run away for a few days. Our first destination was to the East Yorkshire coast, UK, between Scarborough and Witby. The weather was atrocious but the local pub was superb. A proper pub with no airs nor graces and very convivial company. Over the few weeks of my return to the Ipernity fold, I realise that a number of my old contacts have disappeared, which is no surprise really. Although I have kept up my subs, I have not been about through the trials and tribulations of the past few years which, from what I have read, could have ended in disaster. Hello Again

Hello All, I have now returned to the fold and looking forward to catching up. I should be retired by now but I am still busy boat building but aim to have more me time. Well, that is the plan! I have started to upload a few images and gently look around some of the groups. Some things seem to have changed,others not so much. That is the way of the world I suppose. I am looking forward to scanning around Ipernity to see your photos and hopefully meeting new contacts. All the best John
