As mentioned here, this is a topic where it would be better if the person needing help would post a ticket.

That is the first thing I am going to ask from Andreas.

Some instructions when posting a ticket:

1) If possible, include screenshots.
2) Find out and mention what browser and operating system you use, and what versions of them you have on your computer/device.
3) Tell what subscription plan you have or should have (Basic, Standard, or Plus).
4) Try to explain step by step what you were doing and/or trying to do. So, what you did to end up with the problem. And what you expected to happen.
