Ask to place photo in a group

Hi all!

I've received invitations to post some of my photographs in a group. That's OK & I'm usually happy to agree.

How do I ask others to place photos in a group I moderate? I can't see how to do it.

Thanks

While viewing the photo you wish to invite, look on the right side of the screen. There is a toolbar that has a star, a 111+ symbol, and the words More Options. The 111+ icon is the one to click to invite to a group.

Thank you L.T.M. for explaining this Ipernity mystery.

And yes, it seems to work.
Also to note that I've received invitationsto post to groups, then I've agreed, yet several days later the image is still not in the group even if I am a member - this only applies to one group. Is this a bug, or just Admins for that group not doing things properly?

Admin's have the option to review (accept/deny) submissions... to allow submissions to go right into a group without moderation (it can be removed later if id doesn't comply with group standards... or, to allow a time limit for moderation (I think it's 7-days) after which the submission will automatically go into the group if it is not denied sooner.

Admin's can also limit the number of daily submissions from members. This comes in handy when there might otherwise be hundreds of submissions to moderate each day.

And, yes, even Admin's go on vacation.

Ah, I see! Group members can suggest a photo from someone else goes into a group, but in some cases Admins may still have to agree to that.

Thanks for the information, Gunther. I'm learning about Ipernity every day!

Just so it's clear, Denish:
1. An Admin or Moderator can invite an image to a group. (When I was on Fl*kr, I remember that Moderators could not do this).
2. Any member of a group can add (or request to be added) his own image to that group.
3. If you are not an Admin or Moderator of a group, you cannot invite another member's image to a group.
4. If you are not a member of a group, you cannot add your own image to a group unless the image has first been invited.
