Group: painting with blur

I honestly don't remember when I took over the administration of this group.

But now that I have, I'm wanting to tighten up theme a bit. What this means is that I intend to remove images that don't fit the theme closely.

My idea of 'painting with blur' theme is to have most of the subject of the image to be out of focus or blurred in some way. So I intend to remove images that don't meet that criteria/theme. I will also start checking contributions before they are placed in the group (moderating the suggestions).

If others don't agree - please let me know and we can see if I should approach this a different way.

I'm also in the process of adding the other 6 languages of ipernity to the title and description. If I get those wrong (I'm only using a machine translator), please let me know and I will fix them.
