Good to see a red squirrel in the UK, Where was this taken, Colin?
I recall lots of red squirrels in a garden near St Ives in Cornwall in the early 70s. By the late 70s there were none left in Cornwall.

Hi Andy, This is in the Lake District next to the southern end of Ullswater, they are doing OK here. None at home in Peak District. There are areas of Wales where they are surviving but generally the further North you travel the chances improve. Best Wishes Colin
