Bundle is such a stupid word, is there a better one? The ferns didn't contribute much but onion skins and iron pieces were a great success, as always. The fabric is rolled open after letting it sit overnight or at least for five or six hours or so.

Rinsing the onion & iron dyed piece of old tablecloth. Some of the parts that were yellow upon unwrapping turned into lovely shades of rotten green when they got in direct contact with air. A rinse in vinegar didn't alter the colours much.

Last autumn I found a fox carcass from the narrow piece of land between the edge of the forest and the lake, took some of the bones home and cleaned them, then left them to sit for the winter and didn't remember about them until now.
