A Messerschmitt KR, I think. My mate in Wakefield (England) had one in the late 1960s. Ostensibly a single seater, but I twisted myself into a pretzel to sit behind the seat when we went to the pub! A lovely picture.

Das ist ein Messerschmitt Kabinenroller. Ein Kollege fuhr ihn in den 50er Jahren zur Schule und zum Einkaufen, er fährt ihn noch heute man saß zu zweit hintereinander

Damals spielte Sicherheit keine so große Rolle wie heute. Die Leute waren froh, dass sie sich ein günstiges Fahrzeug leisten konnten, um damit von A nach B zu fahren.
