A Fence for Friday

Not really the time for Happy Fences. But it’s important to look optimistic to the future. The disease will have it‘s end ! Sure ! I think the world has changed after. It‘s a chance for whole mankind to think about our style of life and how we live together. A chance to learn solitary. And a chance to see that the hustle for success and for money is not the only purpose of life. HFF everybody everywhere ! Have a good weekend. And: please stay safe at home !!!

I think also a big chance to see that there needs to be a limit to putting profit above all else. I am horrified by some of the discussions about "protecting the economy" I have been reading about, when what is at stake here is many human lives.

I think it's EXACTLY the time for Happy Fence Ulrich............we all need something a bit frivolous to cheer us up in these testing times.

This is a lovely capture, with beautiful light and fine details. I especially like the weather-vane. I was a bit confused at first by the N-S-E-O as I was expecting N-S-E-W, but then I realised I was looking at the German version :-)) Must be getting old.

Ich denke, dass die Natur uns an etwas erinnert, dass wir zu oft ignoriert haben : nämlich dass wir eigentlich nur "kleine Dinge" auf dieser Erde sind.
