Last sections
One of the final sections being lowered into place for our new bridge. Since then, all have been installed.

It's so good to again be able to visit ipernity and to start my Friday by loading an image! I'm sure most of you must be feeling the same way. My very real thanks to all on the ipernity team and the outside experts who have worked (and still are working) so hard to overcome what sound like enormous problems with vast amounts of computer code, not to mention the 16 servers and the gigabytes of data.

Here's a musical link. The line "you don't know what you've got till it's gone" could apply to ipernity!

Thanks, Amelia. A long way to go still: even though the main structure is in place, there is still a need for substantial fittings, connecting roadworks etc. I gather mid-next year before it's open to traffic.
