Limbed (PiP)

Limbed (PiP)
The beautiful ash tree in our backyard got trimmed rather severely this morning by the arborist. I know it's for its health, but I will miss the lush, full tree crown this coming spring (see PiP)

John FitzGerald, Roger (Grisly), Aschi "Freestone" and 2 other people have particularly liked this photo

I trust that you have an arborist that you trust. Our association had substantial work done, and a couple of years later switched to a company that is well known locally and has an excellent reputation. One of their first questions was, "Who butchered your trees?"

We are working with a reputable arborist. The issue is that there was some disease affecting part of the tree, so that was one of the reasons it got trimmed rather severely. Hope it's all for the better, but we won't have much green on the eye level the way we used to.

An Arborist ?,, you are obviously more knowledgeable than I, Sarah;,, I get a ladder and a hatchet and start hacking !... :-)
Seriously though - I'm sure you do right ... Cheers from > Dj.

You wouldn't want to climb up that tree -- I watched the arborist do it, and its seriously dangerous work, even though he is secured by a safety line.
Yes, I like the colors too. Makes for good shadows ;-)

Two lovely images, and I am sure the tree will benefit Sarah
