He has threatened every country except a handful that he just hasn't gotten around to yet: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Kosovo, Australia, Argentina, Western Sahara, Guinea-Bissau, Gabon, Eritrea, Kuwait, Bhutan, North Korea, Uruguay, and Suriname.
