Canada was the first foreign country I ever visited and a wonderful place! In 2004 when George W. Bush was reelected, there was a meme picturing a map of "The United States of Canada" that included all the states that voted against Bush (the Northeast and West coast states), with the rest of the US labeled "Jesusland."
