West Dunbartonshire Council are set to open the new £15.4million offices in Dumbarton town centre next week. The new state-of-the-art building at 16 Church Street will officially open its doors on May 29 [2018] with 500 employees relocating to the building from the old premises on Garshake Road. I really like this diagonal fence against the background of the work in progress from which emerges the yellow crane
