As usual omitted the sugar and used only spelt and a mixture of white, black and red quinoa and fried onions. Ohh and I used half of the amount of yeast! Great bread! Thanks Karen.

ich wusste zwar von zwei Arten von Körnern der Indianer, aber den Namen Quinoa habe ich bisher nie gehört
( als Mittagessen werde ich ein vegetarisches Rezept mal ausprobieren)
