Es ist so passend und berührend, Erich.

Life is precious, but ephemeral and we spend our time trying to forget it through the encounters and discoveries that never cease to enrich us.
The sadness that emanates from your composition, your commentary and this poem, Erich, does not erase this vanity, which cannot itself be erased by the beauty of life.
Ulrich, with his photographic eye and his friendly words, is one of those beauties that accompany us to the end and enrich our journey, which we in turn pass on.
10 days after his death, I'm moved to discover your noble tribute, Erich.
These people, of which I still say you are one, mark our lives. Their departure deepens the pit towards which we are all heading.

You could not have thought of a better image than the one of the wheel , dear Erich.
Your tribute is so touching because both the photo and the poem are true for any of us, but they seem to me to be particularly appropriate as homage to our friend Ulrich, who keeps his wheel working so well till the end .
