Wien, Volksgarten / Vienna, People's Garden
Throwing out the baby with the bathwater. This idiom came to my mind ad hoc the first time I saw it. This by the Austrian sculptor Hanns Bitterlich created sculpture of a child pouring out the contents of an amphora is part of a fountain at the side border of the 1904-1907 erected memorial to Empress Elisabeth in the People's Garden in Vienna.
