It's a pity that this great sculpture on the plaza Karlsplatz in Vienna is made by an unknown artist. The artist of this extremely successful sculpture of a panda bear embracing a pretty woman, which was placed between the building "Artists house" and "Music society", would have more than deserved to have his name mentioned. The bimetallic mixture of bronze and brass is just as visually eye-catching as the motif itself. Great !
P.S.: The mystery of the artist's identity seems to be solved. The Austrian artist Adalbert Wazek runs a website called www.unbekannterkuenstler.at, on which the predecessor sculpture, a saxophone-playing panda bear, also in bimetallic mixture, which stood at this site from 2015-2019, can be seen.
